Return & Exchange Policy
At Mehrunisa, we are committed to providing you with exceptional service and quality. While we hope you are pleased with your purchase, please be aware that we do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. If you find that a product is faulty in terms of quality or workmanship, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once your query is generated, our Quality Department will assess the issue and respond to you promptly. Depending on the nature of the fault, we may offer an exchange or store credit for future purchases. However, please note that Unstitched Articles are not eligible for store credit but may be exchanged if there is a significant fault.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:
- Faulty items must be returned in their original condition.
- For exchanges, the invoice/email confirmation issued by the company must be provided.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns or exchanges.
- Any changes made to your order must be requested within 48 hours (excluding Unstitched Articles).
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours (excluding Unstitched Articles), and cancellations will be refunded as store credit only (excluding Unstitched Articles).
- Alterations will only be accepted if reported within one week of receiving the outfit (excluding Unstitched Articles).
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Ready-to-ship items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- For web orders, exchanges or returns can only be processed through the Mehrunisa online store.
- There is no return or exchange policy based on customer preferences such as liking or disliking the product.
- We are not responsible for damage caused by washing, including bleeding, print damage, or fading of colors.
- The company only provides the embroideries as mentioned on the inlays, and any other materials used for stitching are purely for shoot purposes.
Other Important Notes:
- As per the terms of Cash on Delivery (COD), the courier company will not allow the customer to open the package before payment is made.
- We do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee on any purchased items.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or declined payments by your financial institution.
- If customs duties are applicable during delivery, they must be fully paid by the customer.
